No matter what your sexual struggle, you are not alone.
No matter how unusual your desire is, you are not alone.
No matter what has happened to you in the past, you are not alone.
You are never alone.
As a professional sex educator, working with men and women in over 60 countries around the world, I get a flood of emails every day. Women write wanting to know where their libido is hiding and how they can find it again. Men write in wanting to know how to make their wives enjoy sex. Folks ask if their particular desire makes them strange or unlovable. Desperate voices ask me if they’ll ever be able to heal from what happened to them. Couples ask what they need to do to keep their sex life alive.
But underneath all of the emails is one universal question: Am I alone? And in all of my replies, day in and day out, I get to deliver the hopeful message: You are never alone.
It is a unique and beautiful position to be in, where I get to hear the most intimate questions of strangers. Every day I am moved by the love, tenderness and yearning that is in every email I receive. I consider it a great honor to offer guidance and strategies to help people move through their sexual struggles and discover how to have a more joyful, fulfilling sex life.
In the thousands of emails I receive, there are always patterns. We all struggle with essentially the same challenges. The same questions get asked again and again. I believe this is because no matter how unique our individual sexual expression may be, we all share the same sex culture. And it is our culture that tells us to be ashamed and afraid of sexuality. It is our culture that keeps us from exploring our authentic desires, that tells us that a very narrow window of sex acts are “normal” and acceptable.
So we all struggle. We all worry that we are not having the right kind of sex, that we aren’t having enough sex, or good enough orgasms. Men worry about their erections. Women worry about being too sexual, or not sexual enough. We all struggle to make time for sex in our busy lives, and then wonder why we aren’t in the mood when we’ve scheduled sex into our hectic weeks.
No matter what you are struggling with, you are not alone. No matter where you are right now, more pleasure and more intimacy is available to you. No matter what has happened to you, you can reclaim pleasure and free yourself as a sexual being. This is the primary message I deliver as a sex educator, day in and day out.
I am committed to providing effective, practical strategies to anyone who wants to become a better lover and have more fun in bed. I am equally dedicated to helping change global sex culture so every man and woman can experience a healthy, pleasurable sex life.
I know that our advice, books and video guides are changing lives. I hear from men, women and couples everyday who thank us for liberating them from the shame, guilt and fear that have been holding them back. We know the techniques we share are powerful tools for unlocking more pleasure and unleashing more powerful arousal.
But I also know that it takes a village – one of the most powerful forces anyone can experience is a supportive, sex positive community.
All of our work here at Pleasure Mechanics is dedicated to gathering a community of men and women from all over the world who are ready to support one another in creating happier, more fulfilling sex lives.
Get started with the Pleasure Mechanics community here, and get ready to dive into a refuge where you belong, your pleasure matters, and there is hope for boundless love!
I believe everyone deserves a loving, supportive community where their sexuality is celebrated, where we can lift one another up and overcome the obstacles that get in our way of enjoying a happy sex life. Someday, I know, everyone in the world will have this community in their group of friends. Until then, we will gather online, creating a virtual community where we can safely explore sexual strategies, share erotic wisdom and, above all, remind one another: You Are Not Alone.
Cheers,
Chris
